* Our domestic day rate and minimal call-out is £90 for the first hour and then £40 per hour thereafter. Otherwise it is £300 per day, unless the entire project is pre-priced.

* Our commercial and industrial day rate and minimal call-out is £110 for the first hour and then £45 per hour thereafter. Otherwise it is £400 per day if pre-booked, unless the entire project is pre-priced.

*  For distances beyond 1 hour from East Grinstead, an additional charge of £30 will be added.

* Once an estimate is agreed, it may need to be signed in advance of the work.

* Stage payments will be required on larger projects.

* Materials must be paid for before commencement.

* Full payment must be made upon completion of the final works.

* Out of hours and Saturdays will be charged at time and a half.

* Sundays and Bank Holidays will be charged at double rates.
